等离子消融治疗间盘源性腰腿痛28例分析

摘要 目的探讨等离子消融术治疗间盘源性腰腿痛的疗效。方法C型臂下,采用等离子消融法治疗椎间盘源性腰腿痛28例,CT或MRI明确临床诊断。结果所有手术均顺利完成,手术时间15~40 min,随访3个月~1.5 a。优25例,良1例,优良率92.86%。结论等离子消融术具有创伤小、安全性高、疗效确切的特点,是治疗间盘源性腰腿通的一种有效方法。
