零售连锁企业配送中心选址问题研究

Location Problem of the Distribution Centers of Retail Chain Enterprises

在分析配送中心选址的一般方法的基础上,提出了适合零售连锁企业配送中心选址的两阶段选址方法。其中第一阶段为定性分析,分析零售连锁企业配送中心选址的影响因素,根据主要因素建立指标体系进行备选地的初步筛选;第二阶段为定量分析,利用节约法精选零售连锁企业配送中心位置。最后给出一个实例,说明该选址方法的有效性。

Based on the general method for the location allocation of distribution centers,the paper proposes a two-stage location method that is suitable for the site selection of distribution centers of retail chain enterprises,of which,the first stage is to qualitatively analyze the factors influencing the site selection and establish an index system of the main factors to preliminarily filter the optional locations;the second stage is to quantitatively analyze the central location of the distribution centers of a retail chain enterprise using the saving method.Finally an example is given to the verification of the method.
