摘要
在供应链的资源整合过程中,通过建立伙伴关系,进行知识整合来使企业具备独特的能力是在供应链中创造价值的源泉,也是实现协同效应的主要途径。文章阐述了供应链知识资源整合的内容、机制和过程,分析了影响知识资源整合的因素,并提出了供应链知识资源整合策略。
In the process of supply chain resource integration,knowledge integration among partners is an important means by which the unique competencies of enterprises and additional value of the entire chain are generated,beside being a major approach to supply chain collaboration.The paper expounds the content,mechanism and process of supply chain knowledge integration,analyzes the influence factors,and proposes strategies for its realization.
