摘要
通过对军地一体化应急物流保障的指挥体系、信息平台、运作体系的分析,提出了从完善法律法规、规范物流标准、加强应急预案与应急演练等方面进行建设的策略。
The paper analyzes the command system,information platform and operational system of the military-civil integrated emergency logistics support system,and proposes the strategy for its further development from the aspects of logistics laws and regulations,logistics standardization,emergency planning and drill,etc.
