摘要
介绍了马钢1^#~4^#焦炉配套千熄焦系统运行情况,分析了干熄焦率一直得不到有效提高的各种影响因素,根据焦炉现场实际生产情况总结出了一系列的干熄焦生产组织优化措施。经过各项优化组织后干熄焦率得到显著提升。
The operation state of the CDQ systems of Masteel's No. 1-4 Coking Batteries was introduced. Various affecting factors to the fact that CDQ rate remained at low level were analyzed and a number of optimization measures for CDQ production organization were generalized based on the production conditions of the coking site. CDQ rate has been significantly improved after implementation of these measures.
