摘要
介绍了马钢焦炭产品中粒度小于25mm焦炭的分级改造和10-25mm焦丁的使用状况,从节约煤炭、高炉使用焦丁和应用干熄焦工艺后小于25mm焦炭量增多方面说明了回收焦丁的必要性。论述了改造的方案选择和实施方法,遇到的有关问题和解决办法,并分析了25-40mm小焦、焦丁在调试中质量偏低的原因,振动筛筛片形式的选择、筛孔尺寸调试方法等。通过改造,取得了明显的节能经济效益和社会效益。
Grading reform of coke under 25mm and 10- 25mm nut-coke utilization at Masteel were introduced. The necessity of recovering nut-coke was demonstrated in terms of coal saving, use of nut-coke in blast furnaces and increase of coke under 25ram after CDQ application. Choice of reform scheme and implementation method, associated problems to be encountered and solutions were discussed. Reasons for low quality of 25-40mm coke and the nut-coke during testing, choice of vibration screening pieces and related ideas as well as testing methods for screen mesh were analyzed. Remarkable economic and social benefits have been achieved through reforms.
