摘要
对影响铁路客流的诸多因素进行了分析研究。运用灰色关联分析方法，寻求各因素间的主次关系，找出影响客流的重要因素。并以沪宁线客流为例，将分析结果与客流调查结果相比较，结果一致。掌握了客流的主要特征和升降规律，提出提高铁路客运吸引力的措施。
On the basis of the analysis on the factors influenccing the railway passenger flow,a method of gray incidence analysis is put forward to find the incidence and the main influencing factors.When using this method in analysis the result is the same as the result of passenger flow investigation,and the characteristic and disciplinarian of passenger flow can be got easily.
