国内外研究人员从培养基的改良、培养设备和环境的简化与替代等方面着手,针对降低植物组培成本开展了卓有成效的研究,"植物开放式组织培养"技术的开发更进一步地降低了组培成本;认为进一步降低植物组培成本的关键是研发新型的廉价培养基。

To reduce the cost of plant tissue culture,from the aspects of medium improvement,training equipment and the simplification and alternation of the environment,some researches at home and abroad were studied.＂Plant Open Tissue Culture＂ technology further reduced the tissue culture cost.It was thought that the key to further reduce the plant tissue culture costs was to develop a new cheap medium.
