摘要
[目的]研究氮磷钾不同配比营养液对日光温室无土栽培百合地上部分干物质量的影响。[方法]以百合西伯利亚为试验材料,采用"311-A"最优混合设计,建立多项式回归模型。[结果]通过模型,求出干物质量最高时营养液中氮、磷、钾的浓度分别为94.71、15.78和124.98 mg/L。[结论]磷对百合地上部分干物质量作用最大,氮次之,钾最小;在该试验条件下,营养液中氮磷钾的最适比例为1.00∶0.17∶1.32。
[ Objective ] The purpose of the study was to study the effect of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound tertilization treatments on the amount of lily shoot dry matter. [ Method] "311-A" optimal regression design was used, and regression equation was founded. [ Result] Regressive analysis showed that the optimum compose of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on dry matter content of lily was 94.71, 15.78 and 124.98 mg/L. [ Conclusion] The total dry biomass in bud, stem and leaf was mainly determined by P, and followed by N and K. In the experiments, the best N, P and K ratio was 1.00: 0. 17: 1.32.
