摘要
[目的]对废弃烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L.)叶有效化学成分进行研究。[方法]以柱色谱、薄层色谱纯化,采用UV、IR、MS和NMR等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。[结果]从石油醚及乙醇混合浸提液中分离得到并鉴定出6种化合物,分别为:十四烷酸(myristic acidⅠ,)、4,4’-二(N,N二-甲氨基)二苯甲酮[4,4’-bis(dimethylam ino)benzophenoneⅡ,]、茄尼醇(solanesol,Ⅲ)、东莨菪素(scopoletin,Ⅳ)、烟碱(nico-tine,Ⅴ)和β-胡萝卜素(β-carotene,Ⅵ)。[结论]化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ首次从烟叶中分离得到。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical constituents from tobacco leaves.[Method] The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and TLC.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopy.[Result] Six compounds were isolated and identified as myristic acid(Ⅰ),4,4'-bis(dimethylamino) benzophenone(Ⅱ),solanesol(Ⅲ),scopoletin(Ⅳ),nicotine(Ⅴ),β-carotene(Ⅵ).[Conclusion] Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
