烟草水生根诱导中体内氧化酶活性变化研究

摘要 [目的]研究烟草水生根诱导中体内氧化酶活性的变化。[方法]通过测定POD、SOD、CAT揭示烟草从陆生到水生条件下的生理变化。[结果]去掉陆生根的烟草在水中生长状况明显存在2个阶段:过渡期、平衡期。过渡期烟草的各项生理生化指标明显上升,平衡期烟草的各项生理生化指标趋于稳定,新生叶与老生叶的各项生理生化指标存在明显差异。[结论]为陆生植物水体培养提供理论依据,从而避免植物在水体培养过程中死亡。 [Objective] The aim was to study the change of vivo oxidase activity in soilless culture of tobacco root. [Method] By measuring the POD、SOD and CAT,Physiological changes of tobacco were revealed. [Result]It had two phases that the tobacco was grown in the water from soil: transition phase and equilibrium phase.In the Transition phase,POD、SOD and CAT increased significantly.But in the equilibrium phase,they were all stabilized as normal.There were obvious differences between the new leaves and the old leaves.[Result] The study provided theoretical basis for soilless culture,and avoided the plants to die in water during the cultivation.
