摘要
[目的]研究神经肽Y在营养性肥胖小鼠垂体的分布与表达,探讨其对营养性肥胖的调节作用。[方法]采用饲料饮食性营养造模,通过免疫组织化学SP法及图像分析法进行研究。[结果]神经肽Y在小鼠的腺垂体和神经垂体中均有表达,在腺垂体呈索状排列,中间部分较为分散。与对照组相比,腺垂体的NPY免疫反应阳性细胞数目增多,表达量明显增加(P<0.05),神经部的NPY免疫阳性纤维的密度增大,但表达量变化不明显。[结论]神经肽Y自身参与动物营养摄入,并通过影响其他食欲肽调节动物的体重。
[Objective]To study the distribution and expression of neuropeptide Y in nutritional obese mice pituitary.[Methods]Through dietary nutrition feed making animal models,the Immunohistochemisty technique and image analysis were performed.[Result]Neuropeptide Y(NPY) was detected in all mice pituitary.The arrangement of NPY in adenohypophysis is crestis and the scattered distribution presented in the middle.Compared with the control,the number of NPY positive cells in adenohypophysis immune response were increased,and the express quantity was also increased significantly(P〈0.05).The density of NPY immune positive density in was increased,but the changes of expression was not obvious.[Conclusion]Neuropeptide Y not only modulates food intake process of mice,but regulates animal weight through aftectting appetite.
