肉牛采食量的影响因素及采食调节机制

Influencing Factors of Feed Intake and Regulation Mechanisms in Beef Cattle

肉牛的采食量是影响生产性能的主要因素之一,与饲料、环境和遗传因素有关。采食量的生理调节机制十分复杂,主要由下丘脑的摄食中枢和饱中枢控制,下丘脑通过各种调节因子对食欲进行精细的调节,而且这些调控因子之间存在着交互作用。笔者对影响肉牛采食量的因素、调节机制以及调控肉牛采食量的调节因子的研究进展进行综述,以期为提高肉牛生产性能提供参考。

Feed intake is one of the most important factors which affected the performance of beef cattle.It is influenced by feed,environment and genetic features etc.The physiological mechanisms regulating feed intake are complex in beef cattle.Feed intake is mainly controlled by feeding center and satiety center of hypothalamus,and is accurately regulated by several regulatory factors which interacted with each other.In the present article,the influencing factors of feed intake,regulatory mechanism,and research progression of major physiological factors were successively reriewed,so as to provide a reference for improving the production performance of beef cattle.
