泽漆提取液对菜青虫的生物活性

Insecticidal Activity of Nerium indicum Extracts Against Pieris rapae

[目的]探寻泽漆在杀虫农药开发中的潜力,为植物源农药的开发利用提供理论依据。[方法]采用微量点滴法和浸叶饲喂法,用泽漆乙醇提取液对2-3龄的菜青虫进行了室内杀虫活性的研究。[结果]泽漆乙醇提取液对菜青虫具有较明显的触杀活性、胃毒活性和拒食作用,其触杀作用、胃毒作用的致死中浓度LC50分别为3 870.25、3 463.79 mg/L,拒食中浓度AF50为2 123.7 mg/L。[结论]泽漆乙醇提取液对菜青虫具有一定的生物活性,可作为植物源农药进行开发利用。

[Objective] The research aimed to explore the potential of Euphorbia helioscopia as the pesticides,and provide a momentous theoretical basis for exploiting vegetal pesticides.[Method] Appling drop,leaf-dip and feeding,the contact toxicity,insecticidal and antifeeding activity of ethanol extract from E.helioscopia against 2nd and 3rd larvae of Pieris rapae was tested.[Result] The ethanol extract of N.indicum exhibited stomach poison and antifeeding activity against P.rapae with LC50 of 3 870.25 mg/L and 3 463.79 mg/L,respectively.And it also showed strong antifeedant activity as well,the AF50 of antifeeding ratio was 2 123.71 mg/L.[Conclusion] The insecticidal activity of extract of E.helioscopia against P.rapae was obvious,and it should be exploit as one of vegetal pesticides.
