摘要
[目的]为研制更高效、安全的新型蔗田除草混剂提供试验基础。[方法]通过盆栽试验,采用共毒系数(CTC)法评价2甲4氯异辛酯与莠灭净对马唐、青葙的联合作用。[结果]2甲4氯异辛酯与莠灭净按有效成分9∶5比例混配,对马唐和青葙的协同增效作用明显,共毒系数分别达到156.24和140.40。采用比例法和对分法,确定了2甲4氯异辛酯.莠灭净混剂中各成分的最佳配比为:2甲4氯异辛酯35.4%,莠灭净19.6%,乳化剂10.0%,其余为溶剂。经稳定性试验,该乳油各项指标符合农药乳油标准。田间试验结果表明,55%2甲4氯异辛酯.莠灭净乳油在1 073-2 310 g(a.i.)/hm^2的剂量范围内可有效防除绝大多数蔗田杂草。[结论]成功开发了高含量的莠灭净和2甲4氯异辛酯混剂产品,该产品具有高效、广谱、经济性好、使用方便等特点。
[Objective]The purpose was to supply experimental base for preparing a new type of higher efficient and safer mixed herbicide for sugarcane field.[Method]The joint action of MCPA-isooctyl·Ametryn EC on Digitaria sanguinalis and Celosia argentea was evaluated by using co-toxicity coefficient method in potting experiment.[Result]When MCPA-isooctyl·Ametryn EC were mixed according to their proportion of effective components of 9∶5,their synergistic action on D.sanguinalis and C.argentea was obvious and their co-toxicity coefficients reached 156.24 and 140.40 resp.The proportion method and bisection method were used to confirm the optimum match of various components in mixed herbicides of MCPA-isooctyl·Ametryn EC and it was 35.4% MCPA-isooctyl+ 19.6% Ametryn+ 10.0% emulsifier + 35.0% solvent.The stability test indicated that each index of this EC accorded with standard for pesticide EC.The results from field experiment showed that most of weeds in sugarcane field could be effectively controlled by using 55% MCPA-isooctyl·Ametryn EC in dose range of 1 073-2 310 g(a.i.)/hm^2.[Conclusion]The successfully developed high-content mixed herbicide product of Ametryn and MCPA-isooctyl had advantages of high efficiency,broad-spectrum,good economy type and convenient use.
