摘要
[目的]筛选对白菜黑斑病病原菌具有拮抗作用的细菌。[方法]从各地的土壤中分离到200多株拮抗细菌,进行初筛、复筛,再对筛选到的菌株进行菌体形态、菌落特征的观察及一系列生理生化试验。[结果]200多株拮抗细菌中菌株8-59有显著的抑菌活性,根据8-59菌株的形态特征和生理生化特征综合考察,初步判断其为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)。[结论]该研究可为细菌拮抗机理研究及后续的生产与田间应用奠定基础。
[Objective]The research aimed to screen antagonistic bacterium to Alternaria brassicae.[Method]More than 200 antagonistic strains were isolated from soil of different districts,and their antagonism to A.brassicae were tested through primary screening and secondary screening.Than mycelium shape and colony characteristic observation,and a series of physiological and biochemistry experiments had been done on the selected strain.[Result]The results showed that 8-59 strain had strong inhibition capability against the pathogen among more than 200 antagonistic strains.And it was identified as Bacillus megaterium through shape and colony characteristic observation as well as a series of physiological and biochemistry experiments.[Conclusion]This research could provide basis for the study of bacterium antagonistic mechanism,and for further production and field application.
