摘要
[目的]研究水分胁迫对佛甲草和银水苏保护酶活性的影响。[方法]采用盆栽试验法对佛甲草(Sedum lineare)和银水苏(Stachys‘Silver Carpet’)2种地被植物进行水分胁迫处理,研究水分胁迫下2种地被叶片内过氧化物酶(POD)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化。[结果]水分胁迫下,参试植物叶片中POD活性上升,佛甲草表现出持续上升且升幅较大,银水苏则表现出先上升后下降的趋势,且变化幅度较佛甲草小;叶片中SOD活性表现出先上升后下降的趋势,并且佛甲草变化幅度远大于银水苏。[结论]水分胁迫下,抗旱性较强的佛甲草叶片内保护酶活性增加幅度大于抗旱性较弱的银水苏。
[Objective] The aim was to study the effect of water stress on protective enzyme activity of Sedum lineare and Stachys 'Silver Carpet'.[Method] The protective enzymes activity of POD and SOD in leaves of Sedum lineare and Stachys('Sliver Carpet') were studied under the water stress by using potted plants.[Result]The results showed that protective enzyme activity of POD in the leaves increased under the water stress.The increase rate of POD in Stachys's leaves was slower than in Sedum lineare 's,and increased at the beginning but decreased afterwards,while that in Sedum lineare kept increasing during the observation and had a greater variety range than Stachys.SOD activity in the leaves appeared increasing at first and decreasing afterwards.Sedum lineare had much wider change rate of SOD than Stachys as well.[Conclusion] Sedum lineare with higher drought resistance had a greater increases of enzyme activity facing to water stress than Stachys'Sliver Carpet'.
