苦瓜黄酮分离提纯及光谱分析 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]筛选最佳苦瓜黄酮吸附剂,并对其动态吸附性能进行考察。[方法]选择AB-8、DM-130和WX-I 3种大孔吸附树脂,分别测定其对苦瓜中黄酮的吸附率和解吸率。[结果]AB-8树脂对苦瓜黄酮有较好的吸附和解吸效果。纯化后,苦瓜黄酮含量达28.1%,洗脱率达84.5%。光谱分析发现,苦瓜黄酮主要为黄酮甙类。[结论]AB-8大孔树脂适合苦瓜黄酮的分离提纯。 [Objective] To select the optimum absorbent material of flavonids in Momordica charantia L.,and investigate its dynamic adsorption properties.[Method] Three kinds of macroporous resins including AB-8,DM-130 and WX-I were used as absorbent materials,and the adsorption and desorption capacity of flavonoids from Momordica charantia L.were detected,respectively.[Result] The results showed that AB-8 resin presented the highest adsorption and desorption capacity.After purification,the flavonoid content and elution rate were 28.1% and 84.5%,respectively.The obtained flavonoid was one of flavone glycoside.[Conclusion] AB-8 resin is a better absorbent material for Momordica charantia L.
