摘要
[目的]分离儿茶素低聚合物,并对其结构进行鉴定。[方法]利用MCI层析柱和甲醇水溶液洗脱体系,对茶多酚的氧化产物进行分离,并对分离后的各组分进行HPLC检测。[结果]分离得到2种纯度相对较高的儿茶素低聚合物,经HPLC制备及结构鉴定,确定其中1种物质是黄酮苷类化合物。[结论]该洗脱体系不仅可将氧化产物和简单儿茶素分离,也可使极性相近的氧化产物基本分离。
[Objective] The research aimed to separate tea catechin oligomeric products with MCI GEL and identify its structure.[Method] Tea oxidation products were fractionated by MCI column with 10% step-wise elution of H2O containing increasing proportions of MeOH.[Result] HPLC spectrums showed that two catechin oligomeric products were separated with high purity,and one was identified to Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside.[Conclusion] The study this fractionation not only can separate joxide from catechins,but also can separate oxidation products from each other.
