旅游地居民环境保护支付意愿影响因素分析——以甘肃景泰黄河石林为例

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Residents' WTP for Environmental Protection in the Tourist Destination

在问卷调查的基础上,采用意愿调查价值评估法,调查了甘肃省景泰县龙湾村居民对黄河石林景区保护的支付意愿。结果表明,旅游开发对该地区居民所产生的社会、经济、文化影响较大,当地居民对此感知明显,并表现出积极的态度。同时,当地居民愿意为促进旅游区的发展提供一定的劳动力或费用,这与发达国家旅游地社区居民态度明显不同。这在一定程度上反映出发展中国家旅游发展的特点。居民人口统计学的差异对WTP及WTP值的影响不大,这与国内其他关于环境保护中居民支付意愿调查的结果不同,生活水平提高与居民的环境保护意识是影响居民进行支付的主要原因,支付费用的大小除了与生活水平提高相关,还与当地生态环境遭到破坏有显著的相关性。

On the basis of questionnaire survey,the influence factors of residents＇ willingness to pay for environmental protection for Hoodoo National Geopark of the Yellow Rive in Jingtai of Gansu Province were explored.The results showed that tourism development had greatly influenced local society,economy and culture.Residents had a strong awareness of all the factors above mentioned and showed a positive attitude.Local residents would definitely like to provide a certain degree of labor or money to promote the development of tourism,which was different from that of developed countries.To some extent this reflects the characteristics of tourism development in developing countries.However,the result of this paper that demographic statistics among the residents had little effect on the WTP also differ from previous researches.The reasons for this were that the higher living standards and the environmental consciousness of the residents were the main influencing elements to pay.How much to pay for protecting environment was highly related to the improved living standards of local people and the destruction degree of the local ecological environment.
