河北省农村基础设施建设区域差异分析

Analysis on the Regional Differences of Rural Infrastructure in Hebei

采用2009年河北农村统计年鉴相关数据,选取8项指标,运用因子分析方法对河北省2008年农村基础设施建设情况进行差异性分析,对河北省各市农村基础设施发展的差异进行了综合评价,并运用聚类分析方法把河北省基础设施建设划分为4类。结果表明:河北省农村基础设施发展存在着明显的地域差异,其影响因素可概括为综合经济发展因素和工业发展因素2方面,最后提出适合各区域发展的对策建议。

The eight indicators were selected from the Statistical Yearbook of 2009 data of Hebei Province.The differences of the infrastructure construction in rural areas in Hebei Province in 2008 were analyzed,using the method of factor analysis.A comprehensive evaluation was made on the base of the difference of the infrastructure construction in rural areas in Hebei Province.And the cluster analysis method was applied to divide infrastructure construction into four categories in Hebei Province.As a result,there was a clear geographical difference in the rural infrastructure development of Hebei Province.And there were two factors that could be summarized as the comprehensive economic development and the industrial development.Finally,some suitable policy proposals were proposed for the development of each regions.
