文化资源向农村流动的障碍和对策研究

Study on the Barriers and Countermeasures of the Cultural Resources Flowing toward Rural Area

我国农村人口文化消费水平低与农村文化资源的缺乏有关。公共文化资源和商业文化资源都更多地集中于城市,阻碍文化资源向农村流动的原因一是普遍存在于政府和社会中的主观上的城市偏好,二是农村和城市文化消费市场断裂以及由此产生的显著的文化产品边际收益差距。因此均衡文化资源配置首先是要求政府保障对农村的公共文化建设的投入,根本上则要努力缩小农村和城市社会发展的差距。

China rural populations＇ low cultural consumption level has relationship with the lack of culture resources in rural areas to some extent.The reasons include two aspects： one is the popular city preference existing among governments,the other is the huge distance between rural market and city market,which then bring about huge gap in margin earnings getting from culture product.To resolve this problem,government should increase public culture input in rural areas and strive to eliminate dual social structure in the end.
