摘要
运动控制系统的动力来源是电动机。以TMS320F2812为核心构建直流电机数字化控制平台,介绍运动控制系统的原理、硬件部分的主要构成、电机的增量式PID控制策略。在MATLAB仿真软件中建立系统的仿真模型。仿真结果表明,基于DSP的运动控制系统具有优良的动态响应特性和较好的精度,并且控制可靠。
The power source of motion control system is electromotor. A digital DC motor control platform was built based on TMS320F2812. The principle of motion control system, the main components of the hardware part, increamental PID control strategy for the motor were introduced. In the MATLAB, the system simulation model was created. The simulation results show that the motion control system based on DSP has excellent dynamic response capability and better accuracy and control reliability.
