对Ｐｅｔｒｉ网进行泛化描述，得到了更具推广意义和一般化的泛化Ｐｅｔｒｉ网定义。它很适合用来描述具有各类包括模糊行为的并发系统，是信息系统、网络通信系统、运输系统、生产控制系统的描述工具。文中证明了传统Ｐｅｔｒｉ网、模糊Ｐｅｔｒｉ网是泛化Ｐｅｔｒｉ网的特例，并讨论了其在Ｃ３Ｉ（Ｃｏｍｍａｎｄ，Ｃｏｎｔｒｏｌ，Ｃｏｍｍｕｎｉｃａｔｉｏｎ，Ｉｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎ）系统分析中的应用途径。

Proceeds to describe generalized Petri nets, obtains a generalized Petri net whose definition is more extensive and general. It suits to be used to describe concurrent system having various behaviours, including fuzzy behaviours. It is a description tool for information system, net communication system, transportation system, production control system. It is proved that traditional Petri net and fuzzy Petri net are all special cases of the generalized Petri nets respectively. The application way of the generalized Petri nets in the analyse of C 3I system is also discussed.
