摘要
针对镀锌钢板点焊电极寿命较短的问题,点焊时在电极与工件之间插入辅助材料,使电极与工件隔离。在10周波(硬规范)和40周波(软规范)两种焊接时间下,试验了不同的辅助材料:低碳钢、紫铜片、单面镀铜低碳钢和双面镀铜低碳钢的焊接电流范围。结果表明:镀层在工件侧的单面镀铜低碳钢作为辅助材料时,采用软规范电流范围7.20~9.36kA;镀层在电极侧的单面镀铜低碳钢作为辅助材料时,采用硬规范电流范围8.19~8.45kA,采用软规范电流范围13.60~13.72kA;双面镀铜低碳钢作为辅助材料,采用硬规范电流范围9.88~10.40kA,采用软规范电流范围13.60~13.96kA,能得到要求焊点直径。试验中的其他材料不适合作辅助材料。
For extending the life of resistance spot welding electrode,insert materials were put between workpiece and electrode to isolate them from each other.Under two different weld time 10 cycles and 40 cycles,different insert materials,such as low carbon steel, copper,low carbon steel with coated layers on one or both sides,were tested in the experiments, and their corresponding range of welding current are confirmed.The result was as followed:The range of welding current of low carbon steel coated on one side which was facing the workpiece was from 7.20 to 9.36 kA when the weld time was 40 cycles.The range of welding current of low carbon steel coated on one side which was facing the electrode was from 8.19 to 8.45 kA when the weld time is 40 cycles and 13.60~13.72 kA when the weld time is 10 cycles.The range of welding current of low carbon steel coated on both sides is from 9.88 to 10.40 kA when the weld time is 40 cycles and 13.60~13.96 kA when the weld time is 10 cycles.The others didn’t fit for insert materials in the experiment.
