摘要
设计了一种基于CAN总线焊接现场气体检测报警系统。为了解决检测系统抗干扰性能较低、节点容量较少的问题,采用以ISO/OSI模型为基础的CAN总线技术,实现了监测区域内各探测器节点与主机之间的通信。详细介绍了其工作原理和系统结构、软件模块设计。主控制器以DSPTMS320F2812为控制核心,用于处理各节点数据和人机交互;探测器以PIC16F877A为控制核心,包括气体浓度数据采集电路、CAN总线通信电路、红外标定电路。系统运行表明,系统设计合理、性能稳定,具有较强的抗干扰能力和数据通信能力。
This paper presents a gas alarm systems based on CAN bus.The node capacity of traditional detection system is fewer and the anti-interference performance is weak,so the CAN technology based on ISO/OSI mode is adopted in the gas alarm system,then the communication between detector nodes and master machine is realized by CAN bus.Working principle and system architecture, software modules designed were clearly explained.The data of each node and human-computer interaction are processed by DSP (TMS320F2812),which is the center of master controller.MCU(PIC16F877A) is core of detected circuit,which includes the data acquisition circuit of gas concentration,CAN bus communication circuit and infrared calibration circuit.System operation shows that the system design is reasonable and has stable performance,strong anti-interference ability and data communication capabilities.
