社会发展要求中等职业技术学校培养出更多的工程实用型人才到生产第一线从事实际操作和技术管理工作。为了达到这一要求,改变学校教育和实际需求的脱钩问题,教育工作者必须转变教育思想和观念,用新的理念去改革教学内容、教学手段和教学方法。焊接车间教学极大地激发了学生学习焊接技术的兴趣,实现了焊接教学和企业接轨,收到了事半功倍的效果。经过几年的实践和研究,采用这种方法培养出来的学生到了岗位以后能够很快地适应焊接工作,受到了用人单位的好评。

Social development request secondary vocational and technical schools cultivate more talents to practical engineering in the frontline of practical production and the technical management.In order to meet the requirement,change the school education and practical needs a certain degree of decoupling problem,education workers must change education ideas and education concept,with a new idea to reform the teaching content,teaching methods and teaching methods.The welding workshop teaching tremendously inspired students＇ learning interest,and realize the integration of welding technique of school and enterprise,got the twice the result with half the effort.After years of practice and research,and to use this method to train students to come to quickly adapt to post after welding work,by unit of choose and employ persons.
