乳癌组织COX-2、ER和PR蛋白表达及其意义 被引量:2

EXPRESSIONS OF COX-2,ER AND PR IN BREAST CARCINOMA AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 目的分析环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)蛋白在乳癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征及生存率的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学和组织芯片技术,检测96例乳癌组织中COX-2、ER和PR蛋白的表达情况,同时检测25例乳腺腺病组织中COX-2蛋白的表达情况。结果乳癌组织中COX-2蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于乳腺腺病的阳性表达率(χ2=24.84,P<0.01)。乳癌组织中COX-2蛋白的阳性表达率与淋巴结转移明显相关(χ2=7.85,P<0.01),与ER、PR蛋白阳性表达率相关(2χ=4.60、5.65,P<0.05)。乳癌组织中ER与PR蛋白的阳性表达率明显相关(χ2=26.86,P<0.01),PR蛋白阳性表达率与病人生存率显著相关(OR=0.74,P<0.05)。结论 COX-2蛋白表达与乳癌病人的预后有关,而COX-2、PR蛋白是预测病人预后的关键因子之一。 Objective To analyze the expressions of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in breast cancer,and their relationship with clinical pathology and survival. Methods Immunohistochemistry and tissue array technique were used to detect the expressions of protein of COX-2,ER and PR in tissue of 96 patients with breast cancer and expression of COX-2 in tissue of 25 patients with adenosis of breast. Results Positive expression rate of COX-2 in cancer tissue was obviously higher than that in adenosis of breast(χ2=24.84,P0.01).The positive expression of COX-2 in the cancer tissue was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis(χ2=7.85,P0.01) and negatively correlated with positive expression of ER or PR(χ2=4.60,5.65;P0.05).In cancer tissue,the positive expressions between ER and PR showed highly direct correlation.Positive expression of PR was significantly associated with the patients' survival(OR=0.74,P0.05). Conclusion COX-2 is related with the prognosis of patients with breast cancer,and COX-2 and PR are key factors for prediction of its prognosis.
