^(18)F-FDG PET/CT在结外淋巴瘤诊治中的临床应用 被引量:3

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT SCANNING IN THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF EXTRANODAL LYMPHOMA

摘要 目的探讨18F-FDG PET/CT对结外淋巴瘤诊断和疗效判断的临床意义。方法对16例临床评价和18F-FDG PET/CT拟诊结外淋巴瘤病人进行手术活组织病理学检查,并在治疗后应用以上2种方法进行疗效判断。结果临床评价拟诊结外淋巴瘤10例(10/16),PET/CT拟诊结外淋巴瘤16例(16/16),手术活检病理确诊14例;治疗后临床评价提示4例有肿瘤残余,PET/CT提示2例有肿瘤残余。结论 PET/CT对结外淋巴瘤的诊断和疗效判断具有重要价值。 Objective To assess the clinical value of 18F-FDG PET/CT scanning in the diagnosis and treatment for patients with extranodal lymphoma(ENL). Methods A histologic examination was done in 16 patients diagnosed clinically and by 18F-FDG PET/CT as having ENL.After therapy,the efficacy was evaluated by 18F-FDG PET/CT. Results Clinically,10(10/16) cases were diagnosed as ENL;16(16/16) by PET/CT;14 were confirmed pathologically.Post-therapeutically,clinical assessment was suggestive of residual tumor in four cases,and PET/CT in two with residual tumor. Conclusion PET/CT is of great value in judgement of the diagnosis and therapeutic efficacy of ENL.
