高能冲击波对兔肾盂黏膜损伤及甘露醇保护作用

摘要 目的观察高能冲击波对兔肾盂黏膜的损伤及甘露醇的保护作用。方法 36只健康家兔冲击前标记肾盂,随机分为损伤组、甘露醇组及空白对照组。冲击波冲击后甘露醇组立即静脉滴注甘露醇;损伤组静脉滴注等量的生理盐水;空白对照组未行冲击波处理,同时静脉滴注等量的生理盐水。术后1 d及1、2、4、8周观察损伤组、甘露醇组及空白对照组的肾盂黏膜在光镜和电镜下的表现。结果冲击波冲击对家兔肾组织有损伤作用,但是对肾功能无明显的影响(P>0.05);冲击波冲击对肾盂黏膜具有损伤作用。与损伤组相比甘露醇组冲击波冲击后,尿葡胺聚糖下降,N-乙酰-β-d-氨基葡萄糖甘酶升高幅度降低。电镜和光镜下,甘露醇组及损伤组均可见肾盂黏膜的损伤,但空白对照组未见明显损伤改变。结论冲击波冲击可致家兔肾盂黏膜损伤,而甘露醇对肾盂黏膜具有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of high-energy shock wave(HESW) on damage of mucosa of renal pelvis in rabbits and the protection of mannitol. Methods A total of 36 rabbits were randomized to three groups: traumatic group(group 1),mannitol group(group 2) and control group.After HESW,the animals in group 2 were given intravenous mannitol immediately;to those in group 1,normal saline was given;to control group,given only normal saline,with no HESW.The mucosa of renal pelvis of the three groups were observed,light-microscopically and electron-microscopically,on the 1st day and 1st,2nd,4th and 8th week after the procedures. Results HESW damaged the mucosa of renal pelvis of the rabbit,but no obvious impact on renal function(P0.05).The injury could be seen in groups 1 and 2,but not in the control,under electron microscope and light microscope. Conclusion HESW may injure the mucosa of renal pelvis of rabbit,and mannitol shows its protection.
