红松松针代谢物化学成分分析 被引量:1

摘要 以80%色谱甲醇溶液对30 a生红松针叶的代谢物进行提取,用气相色谱-质谱仪联用的方法对提取出的代谢物进行分离,通过查阅NIST数据库进行代谢物鉴定。结果表明:提取出红松针叶的代谢物共38种,其中萜烯类化合物22种;酯类化合物5种;醇类3种;酮类化合物1种;烷烃类2种;其它共5种。 The metabolite of pine needle of the 30 years old Pinus koraiensis,which were extracted by 80% methanol solution,were separated by the method of GC-MS,and then were identified in the NIST database.The results showed that the number of the metabolite was 38,terpene was 22;esters was 5;alcohol was 3;ketone was 1;alkane was 2;others was 5.
