摘要
利用生根剂NAA和IBA处理常春藤插穗,通过在扦插15 d调查愈伤情况,在30 d调查生根情况,包括根长、根数、成活率等指标。结果表明:2种生根剂结合起来(各50%)处理,浓度为30 mg/L和50 mg/L生根效果最佳。
This article dealing with the use of hormones NAA and IBA ivy cuttings,by cuttings 15-day investigation callus situation,the situation within 30 days for an investigation to take root,root length,root number,survival rate and other projects.The results showed that the two hormones combined（each 50%）treatment,the concentration of rooting for the 30 mg/L and 50 mg/L was best.
