共刺激分子4-1BB属于肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族的重要成员,主要表达在活化的CD4+和CD8+T细胞上。4-1BB介导的共刺激信号可增强T细胞的功能,提高T细胞对肿瘤细胞的监视和病毒感染的免疫防御作用。4-1BB信号途径还可诱导体内CD4+T细胞介导的免疫耐受,阻止自身免疫性疾病的发生、发展。通过干预4-1BB信号途径的作用来调节淋巴细胞的免疫功能,有可能成为新的免疫治疗途径。
The costimulatory molecule 4-1BB,an important member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily,is an inducible T cell costimulatory receptor primarily expressed on activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells.Costimulatory signaling via 4-1BB may greatly enhance T cell-mediated immune responses to many types of tumors and viruses.Meanwhile,the 4-1BB-mediated signaling pathway may also induce CD4+ T-cell anergy and suppress the development and progression of autoimmune diseases.Regulation of the immune function of lymphocytes by precise manipulation of the 4-1BB costimulatory pathway may provide unique opportunities for designing new immunotherapies.
