射波刀立体定向放射外科在局部进展期胰腺癌治疗中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 胰腺癌恶性程度高,5年生存率<5%。胰腺癌高死亡率原因之一是多数患者临床确诊时多为晚期。目前约有70%~80%的恶性肿瘤患者需要接受放射治疗,射波刀是治疗胰腺癌的一种方法。文中从射波刀的特点、射波刀治疗胰腺癌的金标植入、临床应用、治疗剂量及射波刀在胰腺癌治疗中的应用等作一综述。 Pancreatic cancer remains one of the most lethal malignancies,with a five-year survival of less than 5%.The high mortality of the disease is primarily attributed to its advanced stage at diagnosis in most patients.At present,about 70%-80% of cancer patients need radiotherapy,and Cyberknife radiosurgery is a novel approach to the treatment of pancreatic cancer.This paper presents an overview of the characteristics of the Cyberknife system,implantation of gold fiducials,clinical application,prescription dose and prospects of Cyberknife radiosurgery in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
