纯铜深层渗铝工艺的研究

Research of the Effects of RE and Mg to High Temperature Oxidation Resistance of Hot-dip Al Coating

研究了纯铜渗铝工艺参数对渗铝层的厚度、含铝量及质量的影响。推荐一种渗铝速度快、时间短、操作简单、成本低的纯铜深层膏剂渗铝技术。

Effects of different Mg and RE contents on high temperature oxidation resistance of hot-dip Al coating by-adding small amount of them to the liquid Al were investigated and the following results were obtained. Small amount of Mg decrease the oxidation resistance .while right amount of RE can improve the Al coating oxidation resistance and the reason was also analysed in this paper.
