探索了在石油开采行业实施可视化安全管理的方法,即通过运用悬挂标语、标牌、提示牌等可视化载体进行看板管理,强化视觉冲击效果,时刻提醒、警示员工及时发现问题、削减风险、规避隐患,使日常安全管理措施及标准化操作方法一目了然,使各个设备或运行部位的风险和隐患显性化,以实现生产过程风险规避可见、隐患管理直观、操作行为规范、安全事故可控,从而进一步提高企业的本质安全水平。

This paper explores the method of implementing the visualization management in safety management process through enhancing the visual effect by appending visualization carriers such as banners, signs, hint cards and so on to constantly remind and warn the employees to find problems,reduce risk and avoid hidden dangers. This method can make clear the daily safety management measures and standardized operation method at a glance, visualize the risk and hidden dangers of each device or operating part, realize the goals of making the risk visible, the hidden dangers management intuitive, the operation criteria standardized and the safety incidents controllable in the production process, and hence,improve the intrinsical safety level of the corporation.
