关于加强中国科学院能源工作和提高中国科学院在全国能源发展中的地位的建议

A proposal for strengthening energy work of The Chinese Academy of Sciences and improving its position in country's energy development

保证能源供应是人类社会赖以生存和发展的最重要条件之一。我国能源的发展将进行能源结构调整,逐步建立能源可持续发展新体系。中国科学院已为我国能源发展做出了一些重大贡献。随着我国能源的快速发展,科学院能源工作的发展反而显得缓慢,支持不足。为加强中国科学院的能源工作,提高中国科学院在全国能源发展中,特别是能源科技发展中的地位,本文提出了一些建议。

Ensuring the energy supply is one of the most important conditions for human being subsistence and development. To establish a new energy sustainable development system in China, adjustment of energy structure in China is in progress. The Chinese Academy of Sciences has made important contribution to energy development in China. But it seems that its work in energy field proceeds rather slowly recently. To improve its position on Chinese energy development, several proposals were put forward.
