随着中国艺术学学科建设的全面推进,中国音乐教育改革和体系的完善建设有了新契机。目前中国音乐教育改革和体系建设的急迫任务是明确定位中国音乐教育体系的"中国"性质、探寻中国音乐教育体系构建的维度、认识建构中国音乐教育体系的前景和现实困境。而重建中国音乐教育价值观、确定构建中国音乐教育体系的理论依据、搭建中国音乐教育体系构建模式,则是切入构建中国音乐教育体系的必须维度。总之,中国音乐教育体系构建是中国音乐教育事业的理想和行动目标。

With the comprehensive advancement of the construction of Art Science,both the reform in music education and the completion of educational system in China have found new opportunities.The new opportunities also bring new tasks,among which,to clarify the Chinese characteristics in the educational system,to explore the dimension of the system construction,and to be aware of both the bright prospects and the potential predicaments are the urgent ones.To undertake the urgent tasks,rebuilding the value of music education,establishing the basis of the theory,and setting up the mode for the music education system in China are the proper access.In brief,it is the ideal and goal to construct Chinese music educational system.
