摘要
汶川发生8.0级特大地震后,全国有地震设防要求的地方都展开了相应的抗震性能调查研究。在这样的背景下,安徽省开展对全省城市重要市政基础设施和公共建筑抗震性能调查,并进行了抗震对策的研究。本文采用抽样概率数理统计理论,按城市重要市政基础设施和公共建筑的建筑年代、建筑及结构类型、建筑高度、建筑面积、基础形式、抗震设防烈度,以及是否进行过抗震加固、是否存在改建扩建情况、是否存在改变使用功能等有关抗震性能的信息参数,设计出合理可行的调查方案和进行了数据统计分析,并给出统计结果。在此基础上,对安徽省城市重要市政基础设施和公共建筑的抗震性能进行了调查分析,为防震减灾对策研究提供科学的理论依据。
After the 8 earthquake broke out in Wenchuan,corresponding investigations and researches of aseismatic performance were carried out in various districts where aseismic fortification policies had been formulated.In this condition,investigation of aseismatic performance of urban significant municipal infrastructures and public buildings are carried out over Anhui province,as well as the research of earthquake countermeasures.In this context,we utilized probability sampling and statistics theory to design reasonable survey programs,statistic and analyze such datas,then providing statistical results.All these concludes are based on ten parts of these urban significant municipal infrastructures and public buildings like constructing date,constructing style,structure style,construction weight,construction area,foundation style,aseismic fortification intensity,whether it had been aseismic strengthened,whether it had been reconstructed and extended,whether some information parameter of aseismic capacity had been set that may impact the using function.At last,we make analysis and investigations on urban significant municipal infrastructures and public buildings all around Anhui province,meanwhile providing scientific theoritical basis for researching of earthquake countermeatures.
