摘要
基于有限元方法,对二维对接焊在选取不同热物理参数的情况下进行了数值分析。主要分析了比热容C、焓值H随温度的变化对二维对接焊X型坡口和V型坡口焊接残余应力的影响。结果表明比热容对模拟结果影响很大,而焓值的影响很小。因而,在模拟计算中可以不考虑焓值的变化,有利于提高计算效率。
Based on the finite element method,the two-dimensional butt-welding is analyzed with the different thermal physical parameters.Mainly,the influences of specific heat capacity C and enthalpy H which are changed with temperature on residual stresses are analyzed.The X-groove and the V-groove are selected during the simulated calculation.The results show that specific heat capacity has a great influence on the simulation results,but enthalpy has little impact.Therefore,the change of enthalpy may not be taken into account during the simulation,which can improve the efficiency.
