摘要
齿轮泵是液压传动系统中常用的液压元件,具有结构简单、加工方便、成本低、对油液污染不敏感等特点,其缺点是径向力不平衡、流量脉动大。为了克服齿轮泵径向力不平衡、流量脉动大等缺点,在非圆行星传动理论及齿轮泵工作原理相结合的基础上,提出了内曲线行星齿轮泵的结构原理,讨论了该泵的结构及工作原理,研究结果表明,内曲线行星齿轮泵具有流量大、流量均匀性好、噪声低以等优点,可广泛应用于各种液压传动系统中。
Gear pump is widely used in hydraulic system because of its simple construction,easy to manufacture,convenient to maintenance,and relatively low cost.The shortcomings of this type of pump are unbalanced hydraulic force,large pulsation of its fluid supply.In order to overcome the shortcomings of gear pump,structure principles of internal-curve planet gear pump was proposed based on the theory of non-circular planet transmission and working principle of gear pump.Construction and working principles of the pump were discussed.The study indicated that the internal-curve planet gear pump has big flow,good flow uniformity and low noise.The internal-curve planet gear pump can be widely sued in hydraulic system.
