The influence factors on the processability of hot-filled bottle grade PET chip

对辽化聚酯厂生产的PET瓶片进行分析测试,从瓶片的分子结构参数与瓶片使用性能及加工性能之间的关系进行了分析,找到影响大容量热灌装瓶级PET切片产品品质的主要工艺控制因素,并对工艺进行了优化。

Analysis and test was carried out on the bottle grade PET chip produced by PET plant of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company.The relation between the molecular structure parameters of bottle grade chip and the service performance,processability of bottle grade chip was analysed.The main process control influence factors on the quality of large capacity hot-filled bottle grade PET chip were found out.The process was optimized.
