响应曲面法优化苯酚降解菌Pseudomonas stutzri JFL2008固定化细胞活化培养基

摘要 以聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钠为复合载体,固定化Pseudomonas stutzri JFL2008,通过响应曲面法优化活化培养基,考察活化培养的固定化细胞降酚能力。结论:在连续完全降解1 000 mg/L苯酚过程中,活化培养比未经活化培养的固定化细胞多运行10个批次,表明响应曲面法适用于活化培养基的优化。 Pseudomonas stutzri JFL2008 was immobilized with composite carriers of polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate.Activation medium were optimized using Response Surface methodology,then the phenol-degrading capability of the abtivated immobilized cells was studied.Results:In the process of phenol degradation(1 000 mg/L),comparing with non-activated,immobilized cells activated run more than 10 batches,thus indicating the suitability of response surface methodology(RSM)in optimizing activation medium was well.
