Through analyzing the discovery process of molecular structure of DNA,this paper discovers some important elements in the process of scientific discoveries,holding that strong interest and clinging pursuit,acute insight,tight cooperation and coordination,sufficient intercommunion in research and attainment of scientific research information,as well as adept use of all methods of scientific research are necessities in crucial discoveries in modern science.
