胰岛素及其信号转导通路与AD相关生物标记物的关系 被引量:4

摘要 近年研究发现,胰岛素对大脑的许多功能有影响。脑内胰岛素有两个来源,一是血浆中胰岛素透过血-脑脊液屏障进入脑组织,二是由脑细胞尤其大脑海马区自身合成。脑内胰岛素除调节新陈代谢、促进神经组织生长发育、参与神经递质的释放调节外,还在学习和记忆等智能活动中发挥重要作用。阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimerdisease,AD)是一种神经变性疾病,主要表现为学习和记忆功能的进行性损害。近年来不断有报道证实AD发病同胰岛素相关信号转导通路有密切联系,也有学者将AD称为"3型糖尿病"。此文就胰岛素及其信号转导通路与AD相关生物标记物的关系进行综述。
