摘要
用浊度仪对三聚氰胺溶液的浊度进行测量,分析三聚氰酸和钙离子的加入对三聚氰胺溶液浊度的影响,并用红外光谱仪对生成产物进行分析,对三聚氰胺导致结石的原因进行了探讨和研究。结果表明造成人体结石的主要原因是由于奶粉中添加的工业三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸杂质发生化学反应生成难溶物质氰尿酸三聚氰胺,钙离子的摄入对氰尿酸三聚氰胺的生成影响较小,多饮水有助于缓解和避免结石。
To study the cause of melamine le ading to concretion,the author measured the turbidity of solution,determined the turbidity of melamine solution when cyanuric acid and calcium ion are added,and use infrared spectrometer to analyze products that are generated from the reaction of cyanuric acid and melamine.Conclusion was reached that the concretion is mainly caused by insoluble melamine cyanurate,which is generated by the reaction of industrial pure melamine and cyanuric acid that exists as an impurity.The intake of Calcium ion has little impact on the generation of melamine cyanurate.Drinking water can help people to release and prevent the formation of concretion in human body.
