摘要
关税的有效保护率是分析关税及关税结构合理与高效的基础,通过对1999年-2007年名义保护率和有效保护率的统计和计算、分析我国关税的有效保护率,并与名义保护率做了对比,发现其有效保护率明显低于名义保护率,并具此做出了相关总结,提出了相应的建议。
Tariff rate of effective protection of tariffs and tariff structure is reasonable and efficient basis,the paper 1999-2 007 years,and the effective protection rate of nominal protection rate and calculate the statistics,analysis of the effective protection of China＇s tariff rate,and with the nominal protection rate was compared and found that the effective rate of protection was significantly lower than nominal rates of protection,and made a correlation with this conclusion,made recommendations accordingly.
