湖南高校毕业生面向西南地区就业情况分析——以中南林业科技大学为例

The Analysis on Employment Transfer to Southwest of Hunan College Graduates——Central South University of Forestry and Technology as an example

通过对2006～2009年中南林业科技大学毕业生在西南地区就业数据的统计分析和实地走访西南地区部分大型企业,提出湖南高校应大力引导湖南高校毕业生面向西南地区就业:结合国家西部大开发战略和经济结构调整对人才的需求,改进人才培养模式,积极完善就业市场供求信息,为学生提供更好的就业服务。

Analyzed on the employment in the southwest of Central South University of forest and technology graduate from 2006 to 2009,and visited some large enterprises of southwest,the method that guiding the employment of college graduates of Hunan for the Southwest region strongly were proposed.With the western development and economic structural adjustment,college should improve the training mode,and get actively the labor market supply and demand real-time information,thereby providing students with better employment services.
