浅论设置土地发展权完善土地征收制度的必要性

土地发展权是一项重要的物权,目前我国物权体系中没有设置土地发展权,而土地发展权在国外已有较成熟的实践经验,有鉴于我国目前的土地征收制度中存在的各种问题,文章从设立土地发展权的必要性的角度去论述,希望能解决现行土地征收制度所存在的问题。
