石斛夜光丸中所含药味五味子的质量评价

Evaluation on quality of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis in ShihuYeguang Pills

目的:评价石斛夜光丸处方中药味五味子的质量控制。方法:建立TLC分析方法以五味子、南五味子药材为对照,鉴别石斛夜光丸中的五味子,并对流通领域的石斛夜光丸进行测定和评价。结果:TLC法能对五味子进行专属性定性分析,流通领域中石斛夜光丸样品所含药味五味子的质量情况不容乐观。结论:应加强石斛夜光丸生产过程监管,并对五味子作进一步的质量控制。

Objective ：To evaluate the quality control of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis in ShihuYeguang Pills.Methods：The TLC method was established to determine Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis in ShihuYeguang Pills by using Fructus Sehisandrae Chinensis reference drug and Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae reference drug as the reference. By the method we acquired all the sample data in circulation and then evaluated the quality of these samples. Results：TLC could be used for quality control of Shihu Yeguang Pills. The data of samples in circulation were not pleased. Conclusion：We must strengthen the quality control of manufacture procedures and adopt new method of quality control on Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis
